  • Is my home ready to sell?

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE

  • Start the packing process early by remove clutter, personal items, photographs and excess furniture and decor. Deep clean your home. Invest in staging - on average increases sale price by 17%!

  • Ready for my close up! Pull cars out of the driveway, hide garbage cans, remove outdoor clutter, and keep those toilet seats down. Your home will be listed on the MLS and marketing the property begins.

  • A For Sale sign goes in the yard. I will schedule an Open House during the first week we list your home. Licensed Realtors will show the listing to their buying clients ensuring your home is respected, protected, and secure.

  • With you, I will review offers received and ensure you understand each contract, negotiate on your behalf, help you counter offer and set terms to ensure you are getting the best deal.

  • After inspection, closing with a title company, getting an appraisal, and the buyers walk-through you’re almost there! Closing day means there is a transfer of keys and your home is sold!
